The follow-up to 2000's female cop comedy "Miss Congeniality" is the sort of tedious and generic sequel that gives the number 2 a bad name.

Sandra Bullock returns as underdog FBI agent Gracie Hart. The agency assigns her to new duties as a PR representative, including a ghostwritten memoir ("From Misdemeanors to Miss Congeniality") and talk-show appearances that make the FBI look like a glamorous place to work.

Sandra Bullock was naturally funny and that African-American sidekick on the movie was simply a delight to be seen sharing scenes with Sandra.
